15-Apr-06: Name=David Vondle
feedback = I owned a Terra Floater that I bought at a garage sale and fixed up. Someone stole it from me though. I believe it is a pretty rare minibike, if the person who inquired lives in Providence RI let me know! I can send you some pictures of the beauty if you would like

15-Jan-06: I am very interested in the Terra Cat that is posted here on the
site. I have an identical item and would like to be in contact with the gentlemen from Midland. Tony Schroeder

My response: He didn't want me to publish his email address. I may have it still and if so, I will forward your request to him.

12-Dec-05: Great website. I just started rebuilding a cross-over (thanks to your website I didn't call it a minibike). It is a Terra-Products bike. Why can't I find any info on it? Is it rare? Steven Beckman

My response to Steven:
Thanks, the club is even better! Yes your bike is rare! Thanks for the email and good luck with your project.

10-Oct-05: Hello Jay, I have an original Western Auto Trail Flite SS400 Mini-Bike.
I can find absolutely nothing about it online. It is just like it never existed. Can you steer me in the right direction. Thanks in advance for ANY help, Jack Kramer.

If you have info for Jack please email him at: Trailsports@aol.com

Sep-22-05: I have a Trail Blazer Tote Gote and a Foremost Golden Pinto. The gote needs a resto and the Pinto could be used as is or easy resto.Have you heard of either of these? Tom Ballard rtheatre@inlandnet.com

20-Sep-05: Great website, i have a restored 1970 boonie bike for sale, the only thing not put back to genuine original is the decal for the chain guard which was scratched badly. all else is back to factory specs, if anyone is interested i'll take 800.00 for her, ride it home! keep up the good work on your site. Jim Crafton

08-Sep-05: "Great interest, am looking for part to rebuild my mini bike. Arctic Cat Whisker model. Require the secondary clutch assembly of the gear box of the automatic 2 speed transmission. any help to source such items would be greatly appreciated. Jeff Gray jgray40@shaw.ca"

08-Aug-05: This is a kick ass site. This is the most info on the Super Bronc trail bike that I have found. I found it at an auction about 3 weeks ago. Thanks for the info. I also have a Heath Kit Boonie Bike. I noticed you didn't have one listed. It is a mini bike with a 5 hp engine an 2 speed transmission using dual chains(one shorter than the other) and a drum brake in the rear. It was made as a kit in 1968-1972 by the Heath Kit company. The same that made the radios and TVs. Maybe this info will help someone else that comes to this site. Have a nice day. Aaron Grimes

My Reply: Thank you for the compliment. The GT-18 Boonie-Bike and the Hilltopper are both listed in the Trail bikes section of the Mini Bike Club member's area of the site. You may want to consider joining the club it's only $5 and I think you will be favorably impressed with the amount of content. Jay Cronen

MiniBike Club Mission

The MiniBike Club is dedicated to the pursuit of happiness through mini-biking! Who can ride a mini-bike, trail-bike, mini-cycle, or cross-over and not have a lot of fun?

Whether you are a kid or an adult, you can enjoy the hobby and recreation that mini-biking offers. I hope you enjoy the mini-bike club introduction website and ask that you consider joining the special Mini-Bike Club; after it's only $5 bucks to join and there are a lot of great mini bikes to enjoy!

MiniBike Club history on the web

The Mini-bike Club/Connection has been around for many years under various incarnations. I now offer the most vintage mini bikes on the internet! The Mini-Bike Club member site is chock-full of hard-to-find historical information on dozens of rare mini-bikes you would have extreme difficulty finding elsewhere, if at all. Members find the club to be enjoyable and quite useful in identifying rare and vintage mini-bikes.

The Mini Bike Club web site is designed for fast loading, easy to understand navigation, while providing information on rare, vintage, and classic mini bikes some of which cannot be found anyplace else on the internet. The club format makes it fun and provides support for on-going research. The unique information available in the club is not found on other web sites (unless they copied me!). Classic mini-bikes, well-built, special, rare, vintage, unique, and anything that was American-made will eventually be covered (over-time). There are exceptions (a few notable foreign models), but mostly the club will focus on mini-bikes made in the USA.

What has unfolded, because of the work being done on behalf of the Mini Bike Club, is becoming a valuable historical record. Otherwise, where can you go to find documented records of mini-bikes, trail-bikes, mini-cycles, or cross-over's in one place? These machines are bypassed by the mainstream media, which is a shame because the mini-bike history has a very colorful past, along with the many fascinating manufacturers’ who made mini bikes. These manufactures, along with their unique creations, needed to be documented. I began filling the need by creating the Mini Bike Club and now you can help support the effort by joining. Join the club and feel free to send in material or information you have about mini-bikes from the past--the world is waiting!
