feedback=I owned a Terra Floater that I bought at a garage sale and fixed up. Someone stole it from me though. I believe it is a pretty rare minibike, if the person who inquired lives in Providence RI let me know! I can send you some pictures of the beauty if you would like

Site Details

Welcome to the Minibike Connection. This site is dedicated to the pursuit of happiness through minibiking! Who can ride a mini-bike and not have fun?

I've also got links to places to ride your minibikes & trailbikes. You can even submit your own place to ride for the rest of the Minibike community to enjoy.

Whether you are a kid or an adult, you can enjoy the hobby and recreation that minibiking offers. I hope you enjoy this mini-bike website. If you have any ideas for additional articles on the history of mini-bikes please feel free to e-mail me.

History

The Minibike Connection has been around for many years under various incarnations. This latest version has a lot of new content and all links have been painstakingly reviewed for accuracy, updated and expanded.

My goal is to keep the site clean while delivering a lot of content for the mini-bike community. I am not trying to mimic information available on other sites, but rather to provide unique information not found (or loosely documented) elsewhere.

I further want to document the history of the minibike and it's multitude of manufacturer's that have come and gone, and are lost to the annals of time.

Updates:

01-Mar-04, updates will only be listed on the main page from now on to make it easier to see what is new. I don't think anyone looks through this exhaustive listing anyway and it takes time that could be spent on adding valuable content. Eventually, I will remove this section altogether.

27-Feb-04, updated Rare Rides page with new Terra Cat photos! Decided to not continue maitaining Site Updates listing here but rather I will list the site updates on the home page, with only the last several.

13-Feb-04, added Alexander-Reynolds page with a chopper

31-Jan-2004, Added Fox page featuring the Thunderbolt Chopper. Decided on a new format going foward. Rather than subdividing each make by a certain category, I will create a page specific to each manufacturer.

01-Jan-2004, Submitted the site to 14 search engines, hopefully that will make it easier for mini-bike enthusiasts to find The Mini-Bike Connection. Also, changed the background color throughout, helping to reduce eye strain I think.

13-Dec-2003, Added two member pages, Jay Cronen and Richard Blue . Reformatted a couple other pages.

12-Dec-2003, Reformatted several pages for quicker loading and better content delivery. Added AMA page with Mini-Bike Council and American Mini-Bike Association member rosters.

05-December-2003, Added three more listings to Mini-Bike page. Added a feedback form to this page. I am very interested in hearing what you have to say about not only this website, but comments on any editorials as well as what is on your mind.

29-November-2003, Added Membership page, launched members-only website with all images clickable to full size and expanded content for All Listings and Resources plus more.

26-November-2003, Added Mini-Bike Listings page with one entry. Added Mini-Cycle Listings page with one entry. Added 2 Coleman models to Trail-Bike listings. Completed site maintenance throughout.

23-November-2003, Added Cross-Over section in All Listings. Arctic Enterprises is listed for now, with 5 cross-over models. Added an editorial to the main page and moved some content that used to be there, to this page.

22-November-2003, I have added a new section called All Listings which is an attempt to list all Mini-Bikes ever made. Obviously, this will be a work in progress because of the nature of the task. There are listings by classification; Trail-Bikes, Mini-Cycles, Mini-Bikes, and Cross-Overs. For now, I have two pages of Trail-Bike listings, 12 manufactures in total. More to come.

18-November-2003, I have decided to remove the 'minibikes.htm' page and link directly to Gallery , History and Rare Rides rather than use Minibikes as a launching point. I feel there is enough content to warrant the separation, and as each section expands, there will be more room for new content. I have also added this Site Updates section to Contact and will continue a log of changes to the site herein.
